Puerto Portals celebrates the tenth edition of Sankt Martin, a traditional festival of European origin that brings together children and families to celebrate under the starlight, surrounded by lanterns.
On the 9th of November from 5pm to 8pm we will once again celebrate Sankt Martin with a mission: to help raise funds for the Rana Foundation. The Rana Foundation is a non-profit foundation in the Balearic Islands, whose social function is to prevent child abuse and sexual abuse.
How does it work?
Register the participating child (+4 years old).
On the day of the event, collect your game card at the information booth.
Complete the activity circuit (lantern workshop, wish workshop, cookie workshop and Sankt Martin story).
Hand in your game card at the information booth. Puerto Portals will donate €3 to the Rana Foundation for each completed mission.
When night falls, Sankt Martin appears on a horse and the little ones of the port begin to look for him in the streets of the marina, lighting up the darkness with lanterns. The event ends with a delicious hot chocolate and cookies.
